Society of 1918 Leadership Committee

The Leadership Committee works to create a W&M community that recognizes and honors the capacity of women to lead. They endeavor to help women realize their leadership potential through coaching and development opportunities. In addition, the Leadership Committee identifies available leadership opportunities on W&M boards and committees and assists W&M alumnae in seeking and filling such roles.
