We offer student worker positions that give W&M students meaningful experiences and exposure to our work. Our connections and opportunities for students are part of our work to build a culture of engagement and philanthropy at William & Mary. You can apply for the Green & Gold Connect any time during the academic year and hiring is done at the beginning of each semester, and we also offer other jobs as they become available, listed below.

Green & Gold Connect

Green & Gold Connect is William & Mary’s student engagement center, bringing together current students and members of the W&M community through meaningful conversations and connections.

Our team of student ambassadors connects with alumni, parents, and friends throughout the year to share what’s happening at William & Mary, learn more about their experiences and interests, thank them for their support, and invite them to make an impact on the people and programs that make W&M special. Through phone calls, text messages, and other outreach, Green & Gold Connect helps strengthen relationships between the university and its community while supporting William & Mary’s philanthropic priorities.

Green & Gold Connect is made up of current William & Mary students who gain hands-on experience in communication, relationship building, fundraising, and leadership.
