Navigating Transitions

In 2024, the Society of 1918 launched a new program around navigating life transitions. The program featured two cohorts of 25 women each who explored the challenges and changes we face throughout our lives. Both cohort programs offered livestreamed learning events, access to resources and reading materials, and one-on-one coaching with opportunities for peer support. An in-person retreat on campus was also offered as part of the program.

In 2025, we have reimagined our second iteration of the Navigating Transitions Cohort program. Navigating Transitions 2025 offers three programming formats: in-person, online (beginning Sept. 24) and a combined package. While this program is designed with women in mind, all are welcome to register. Learn more about the Navigating Transitions in-person retreat below and register.
