Society of 1918 Leadership Committee

The Leadership Committee is responsible for creating a W&M community that recognizes and honors the capacity of women to lead. Committee members help women realize their leadership potential through coaching and development opportunities. In addition, the Leadership Committee identifies available leadership opportunities on W&M boards and committees and assists alumnae in seeking and filling such roles.

"I joined the Society of 1918 because I think it’s important to make sure the next generation of William & Mary women are always at the table. I am happy to join as a young ally and the Young Guarde price made a big difference in pushing me to do so. I am also so excited that my mom and I could join at the same time!"
