About Me

Throughout my career, my passion for education and raising funds to provide opportunities for learning has been my constant inspiration—whether in a university setting or in museums. Prior to joining William & Mary’s Parent & Family Giving team, I served as the Vice President of Development at The Mariners’ Museum and Park in Newport News, VA, and at the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles, CA, where I oversaw the museum’s annual fundraising efforts and the preparation for a capital campaign. I also have worked at the University of Southern California in numerous roles, including as the Executive Director of the USC University Advancement Parents Program; Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering; and the Director of Development of Principal Gifts for USC’s University Advancement.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and a Master of Arts degree in Museum Studies and American Studies from George Washington University, where I was a National Endowment for the Humanities Collections Care and Management Fellow. My family has deep roots in Virginia and with William & Mary. In my role as the Senior Director of Parent & Family Giving & Student Affairs Philanthropy, I am thrilled to be able to work with so many wonderful William & Mary families and to serve as a resource to help them realize their philanthropic goals.
